The weekend is here again and the challenge of Burnley awaiting this afternoon. We go into the game knowing that we need to battle for everything if we are to pick up the points in this game. After draws in both our last fixtures at Turf Moor, we look to go one better and attempt to get back to back wins after last Saturday’s win against Norwich. We go into the game with no fresh injuries and so can’t see too many differences from the last team selection. Probably see Partey coming in to partner Sambi in the midfield and with Saka and Pepe behind Aubameyang, I think Smith Rowe will also come in for Odegaard.
I think as a whole the team will have been so relieved to get that result and certainly put us in a better position mentally. Last seasons game saw us control the game in the first half but an error playing out from the back saw a pass hit Woods in the area and into the net. So concentration is going to be key here and with good energy throughout the team we can get a result.
